You\u2019ll get plenty of <em>Vitamin B6<\/em> if you incorporate more chickpeas, tuna, salmon, chicken, bananas, and fortified cereals into your diet. <em>Vitamin B12<\/em> comes from all animal protein and nutritional yeast. You can find <em>Vitamin D<\/em> in seafood, especially in herrings and fatty fish (salmon, tuna, swordfish), milk and dairy products, and little quantity in the egg yolk.  <\/p><p>Non smetter\u00f2 mai di enfatizzare come le proteine di origine animale siano essenziali per sostenere e rafforzare le difese immunitarie grazie al loro alto valore biologico. L\u2019infiammazione risulta per\u00f2 molto pi\u00f9 difficile da individuare all\u2019interno del corpo dove attacca le nostre difese immunitarie indebolendole. <\/p><p><em>Da dove proviene lo stress ossidativo?<\/em> Lo stress ossidativo \u00e8 il risultato di una combinazione di fattori che sottopongono il corpo a stress, come dormire poco, fare troppo sport, mangiare poco o non bilanciato, l\u2019inquinamento, il fumo, etc.<\/p><p>Sfortunatamente non riusciremo mai a sfuggire totalmente allo stress ossidativo, ma possiamo tenere a bada l\u2019infiammazione aumentando il consumo di cibi antinfiammatori e, in particolar modo, aumentando il consumo di spezie. <\/p><p>Tra le spezie antinfiammatorie pi\u00f9 potenti ci sono la cannella, lo zenzero, l\u2019aglio, l\u2019origano e la curcuma. Consiglio di prevenire e combattere l\u2019infiammazione gi\u00e0 di prima mattina incorporando spezie come lo zenzero in polvere e la cannella nella base dell\u2019oatmeal o nella pastella delle cr\u00eapes.<\/p><p><strong>Nutrienti e Cibi Che Stimolano le Difese Immunitarie <\/strong><\/p><p>Infine ci sono alcuni cibi e nutrienti che hanno la capacit\u00e0 di rafforzare il sistema immunitario.<\/p><p><em>L&#8217;echinacea<\/em> in gocce \u00e8 il mio toccasana ogni volta che sento un po&#8217; di freddo o mal di gola. Echinacea (in particolare <em>Echinacea Angustifolia ed E. pallida)<\/em> ha dimostrato di ottimizzare il lavoro della nostra immunit\u00e0 innata e persino di aumentare la cosiddetta immunit\u00e0 adattativa. L&#8217;echinacea \u00e8 principalmente nota per la sua potente azione contro le condizioni che coinvolgono le vie respiratorie, inclusi raffreddori, influenza, infezioni polmonari, sinusite e mal di gola. L\u2019utilizzo di questa pianta a scopo terapeutico \u00e8 consigliato per breve periodo (3-4 giorni) e dovr\u00e0 essere incorporata alla comparsa dei primi sintomi.<\/p><p>Un altro nutriente con la capacit\u00e0 di rafforzare l\u2019immunit\u00e0 \u00e8 la<em>quercetina.<\/em><em> <\/em>La quercetina \u00e8 flavonoide, un potente antiossidante e anche il caratteristico pigmento di diverse verdure, foglie, fiori e frutti. Questo nutriente ha anche effetti antistaminici e pu\u00f2 risultare utile in caso di allergia. La fonte naturale pi\u00f9 ricca di quercetina sono i capperi, seguiti da cipolla, agrumi, prezzemolo, salvia, mele, frutti rossi scuri, il t\u00e8, i fagioli, il peperoncino e anche il vino rosso ne ha un moderato contento.  <\/p><p>Il modo pi\u00f9 facile (e gustoso) per incorporare della quercetina quotidianamente \u00e8 il <em>soffritto<\/em>!
