When & How
The perfect high-protein milk to make oatmeal, pancakes, or crêpes. It works well with cereals, muesli or granola, too. But you can also use it as regular milk for all your lattes and cappuccinos.
Hemp milk is an excellent alternative if you tend to always use the same type of milk. Remember that variety in your diet is the key to success! So don’t fall into food monotony and keep your metabolism active by always introducing different foods.
Ingredients
(500 ml)
- 500g water
- 70g hemp seeds
- 1 Medjool date, unpitted (optional)
Method
- Add all the ingredients together in a blender. Blend at high speed until creamy and smooth
Tips
- You can add in vanilla extract, cinnamon & ginger (to make chai latte), cocoa powder (to make chocolate hemp milk), mint extract, or any other natural sweetener if you are not using a date
