About me

I was born in Bologna and raised in Bassano del Grappa, a small town in northern Italy. Back in the day, one of my biggest childhood passions was horseback riding. I was competing at an international level when I started developing an unhealthy relationship with myself, food and my body. And this is where my health journey begins.

It took me about a year to realize the vicious cycle I was living in. I then decided to turn that negative relationship into actual nutritional studies with a particular interest in functional nutrition, consisting of the use of nutrients, food combinations and cooking methods to reach our physical and mental well-being. I quickly discovered the fascinating connection between food and the human body, a perfect machine. After all, we are what we eat, and there is nothing more true.

I was just 16 when I decided I wanted to be a dietician, and since then, my dream has never changed. Italy didn’t quite feel like the right place at that time and I decided to move to the other side of the ocean, the US!

I began my studies at Boston University, earning a bachelor’s degree in Nutritional Sciences. From there, I fulfilled my dream of attending New York University, where I completed a master’s degree in Clinical Nutrition, along with a 1200-hour clinical training program at Montefiore Medical Center. During my academic experience, I worked in the clinical setting at the Massachusetts General Hospital as an intern dietician for veterans and in Shanghai at VCleanse, the leading company for the production of cold-pressed juices in China. I also worked as a nutrition content creator for Avocaderia, the first avocado-based restaurant in the world, and as a health coach for 752 Wellstar, an Italian wellness streaming channel.

Upon receiving my license, I immediately started my career as a Clinical Dietitian, focusing on acute care at Lenox Hill Hospital in the Upper East Side of New York City. Meanwhile, I decided to expand my practice online and I founded my Online Private Practice, where I find myself today. My mission? To help women elevate their health journey, transforming their body and mind from the inside out.
