Snacks
While snacks are not necessary, try not to go over 5 hours without eating and always listen to your body. It’ll tell you when you need to fuel up!
Snacks allowed:
- Warm water or chicory coffee with collagen peptides
- 5-6 olives
- 125g coconut or soy yogurt (plain, unsweetened) + collagen peptides + cinnamon
- 125g sheep or goat milk yogurt with cinnamon (but remember to limit dairy)
- 1 egg
- Veggie sticks (NO carrots) – with olive oil, pumpkin seed butter or guacamole
- Dark chocolate (min 90% dark) with 2-3 Brazil nuts or 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
- ½ avocado – you can have it with squeezed lemon
- 1 small apple with 1 tbsp of tahini
- 80-100g organic blueberries with lemon juice, cinnamon and 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
