While snacks are not necessary, try not to go over 5 hours without eating and always listen to your body. It’ll tell you when you need to fuel up!

Snacks allowed:

  • Warm water or chicory coffee with collagen peptides
  • 5-6 olives 
  • 125g coconut or soy yogurt (plain, unsweetened) + collagen peptides + cinnamon 
  • 125g sheep or goat milk yogurt with cinnamon (but remember to limit dairy)
  • 1 egg 
  • Veggie sticks (NO carrots) – with olive oil, pumpkin seed butter or guacamole 
  • Dark chocolate (min 90% dark) with 2-3 Brazil nuts or 1 tbsp of hemp seeds  
  • ½ avocado – you can have it with squeezed lemon
  • 1 small apple with 1 tbsp of tahini 
  • 80-100g organic blueberries with lemon juice, cinnamon and 1 tbsp of hemp seeds
