Blood flow

A day to help improve blood circulation to promote toxin elimination and increased nutrient- and oxygen-rich blood flow throughout the body. 

Recommended Tea: Nettle Tea – Add 3 tbsp of nettle leaves to 1L of cold water and bring to a boil. Lower heat and let boil for about 2 minutes. Remove from heat and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Drink throughout the day in small sips.

BREAKFAST

Avocado Toast

    • 70g-90g toasted bread: rye bread, whole wheat, sourdough, quinoa, or buckwheat bread
    • ½ mashed avocado
    • 1 tsp olive oil
    • 2-3 raw radishes, finely sliced 
    • Optional: squeeze some fresh lemon juice
LUNCH

Gingery Salad 

  • Raw baby spinach
  • ½ beet (medium size) – cut into small cubes and pan-roasted in Evo oil and ginger powder 
  • 80g fresh blueberries
  • 150g fresh shrimps – cooked in evo oil and optional garlic
  • 1 tbsp raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tbsp raw almonds

What to drink: a cup of loose-leaf green tea, matcha or Americano/espresso, herbal tea, or chicory coffee (Suggested time: 15-20 minutes after breakfast)

Condiment: Olive oil and optional fresh lemon juice 

DINNER
