  • Limit the use of salt as much as possible.
  • Try not to “mix and match.” Everything has a purpose and is ordered in the way it is for a specific function.
  • Try not to substitute foods. You may not like everything listed, but I highly suggest giving it a second chance!
  • Rigorously follow the indicated cooking methods. They have a role, too!
  • The portion sizes are indicative. Only your body will tell you precisely what you need.
