Detox

A day to reset and help the body flush out all the toxins. I studied this menu to help stabilize blood sugar throughout the day while maximizing liver function. The liver is the organ responsible for most detox processes inside the body and must be nourished with the proper fuel to function efficiently. The veggies, fruits, and cooking methods are carefully selected to support metabolism and leave you feeling light and clean.

Suggested drink: 1L Detox TeaThroughout the day in small sips

Before brekkie: one cup of warm water with fresh lemon juice from ½ or 1 lemon

  • 50g lentil flour
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp hemp or flaxseed flour (optional)
